For those who have recently purchased a race kart or may be considering getting involved in kart racing, this course is designed to teach new drivers the sport's fundamentals. Instructor Tim Musch will teach and emphasize the basics of kart setup, how to “read” a race track, racing lines and the skills needed to achieve a smooth driving style. The class is limited to 4-6 drivers. In addition to classroom instruction, students will do a track walk and participate in 3 on-track sessions followed by a classroom and on-track debrief.

Whether this is the first karting class you take or the only class you need, these building blocks will form a solid foundation for your racing career. It is approximately 2.5 hours and is $250 per person. Rental karts are available for an additional fee of $125.
